Delivery Orders: Your order will be reviewed as quickly as
possible, we then will follow up with you on a separate email that will
include product details and or information for scheduling a delivery.
Please be sure to monitor your email inbox (including junk and spam

Pick Up Orders: Once you arrive at your chosent pickup location,
proceed to the warehouse check-in desk. You will need to present:
- Your email receipt
- A valid ID
- The credit card used to make the purchase

Direct/Dropship Orders (items): These products are listed as "free
shipping" within their product description page. These items will be
shipped to the listed shipping address directly from the vendor (we do
not stock these items locally) using third party shipping (UPS/FedEx
etc.). These items will require customer assembly with the exception to
toss pillows, rugs and mattresses. Once these items are processed from
your order you will be notified with details on how these items will be
handled/shipped. Tracking information is sent via email the day your
item(s) ships.
